Delta G.E.M.S. (which stands for Goals, Empowerment, Excellence, Motivation, and Service) is a youth program for girls aged 14–18 that is implemented by chapters of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Opens in a new browser tab .

The program aims to instill academic excellence, develop leadership skills, and provide tools for college and career planning through workshops, service learning, and mentoring.
